Day Thirteen.

Today was good.

We found an epic beach with insane waves in the middle of nowhere.  White sand, clear water and sunshine - with nobody around.

That is what van life is all about.

And whats more, I even managed to a) instruct my accountant to do my tax because I literally can’t bring myself to do it personally. b) actually did a bit of housekeeping with regards to my company.

So all in all, winning all round.

What I did good

  • Surfed twice (and got tubed).
  • Fixed a couple of things on the van.
  • Sent off kids homeschool applications.
  • Started the process of doing tax.

What I did bad

  • Got a little short with my daughter.
  • Let my kids eat too many mandarins so they went sick.
  • I poured a bit of grey water on the side of the road which you’re not supposed to do

Tasks for tomorrow, to be better than I was today:

I’m really interested in the idea of front loading and all of the benefits it can bring. So I’d like to learn a little more on the topic, and write an article to support it.

Plus, I’d like to spend a little more time online digging into a few creative ideas that I have.
