Day Eighteen.
Started listening to the book E-Myth.
I listened to it a while back, probably about 9 years ago, but I’d forgotten most of it. But damn it’s good, and it’s very timely right now.
With the surf school business that we’ve been operating in the summer, looking back I can see so many of the mistakes that we’d been making. Nothing crazy, but not the type of business that I want to run, far from it. So, after listening to the E-Myth book I feel buoyed, ready to approach the business in a whole new vein to really take it to the next level.
I also, finally got around to smashing out my company tax. Fuck me that took a while. It’s still not entirely finished, but the main shit is done, and I’ve started at least.
That feels very good.
Also, had the opportunity today to travel around some of the most picturesque coastline I’ve ever seen and take my groms surfing in some of the clearest water I’ve ever surfed in. That was a treat for sure.

Tasks for tomorrow, to be better than I was today:
Finish tax. Learn about tax and accounting to get empowered on the subject so that I don’t have to dig my head in the sand the whole time. I think that’s that whole front loading thing I was talking about the other day.
