Day Twenty eight.
Really didn't feel like writing this one tonight. Very nearly didn't do it but glad I did.
Discipline definitely isn't my strong point.
There is a quote by Naval that I really like: "Hard decisions - easy life. Difficult decisions - hard life"
I think there's a lot in in that quote, in fact it's had me thinking on numerous occasions.
It's the same with everything in life I think. Preventative medicine, exercise, diet, relationships... You name it. If you take the easy route out every time, you're life is just going to be shit.
I'm trying to get better on this front, and the term "front loading" seems to do something for me. It basically means the same thing, doing shit now that you don't necessarily want to do, to make tomorrow better.
What I did good
What I did bad
Tasks for tomorrow, to be better than I was today:
Back on track with mission work.
